The major responsibilities of the Board Members are to protect the investment and enhance the value of the property owned by its members and the homeowners. The Board is also responsible for enforcing the legal documents and may do anything lawful to protect, beautify, or benefit the property under its jurisdiction. The Board will always act in good faith and make sure the decisions we make are in the best interests of the Association.
